What I keep, why, and how to get it back or gone. For StudioOS and DealerOS.

Last updated October 22, 2026

The short version.

  • I keep what your account needs to work: who you are, your photos, what you make and what you bought.
  • Your photos are used to make what you ask for. They are never sold, and never used to advertise anyone else.
  • Card details go straight to Stripe. I never see them or keep them.
  • Other visitors see your first name and what you did on StudioOS, for a day. Turn it off in your account any time.
  • Ask, and your data is sent to you or deleted.

What I keep

Your account: your name and email, from the way you sign in (Google, Apple, Microsoft, or an email and a password), and your dealership’s name and number, what you do and your mobile number if you add them. To check a mobile number is yours, a text with a one-time code may be sent to it by Twilio.

What you make: the photos you upload, what you type (a description, a price, the words on a post), and the videos and posts made from them.

Your credits and plan: what you bought and when, and what each credit was spent on. The payments themselves are handled by Stripe.

Why I have it

To run your account and make what you ask for, to email you when it is ready, to answer you when you write, to keep the books, and, when measuring is on, to measure my ads (On your device says how). Nothing else.

Your photos and AI

To make a video or a post, your photos and your words are sent to the AI model that makes it, run by an outside provider, and what it makes comes back to your account. They are sent for that and nothing more.

Recent activity

When you claim your free credits, start a plan, buy an Unlimited pass, or make a reel or a post, the site shows other visitors your first name and what you did, like “Shalom: Just claimed 20 free credits.” Only your first name: never your last name, your email, your dealership, or anything you made.

It is on for every account. To keep your name out of it, turn it off in your account, under Recent activity: your lines go at once, and nothing new is shown. Each line is deleted after 24 hours.

Who else sees it

The services that run the site: hosting and storage, payments (Stripe), email, the AI models, and measuring (Meta and Google Analytics). Each gets only what its job needs. Some of them are outside Canada, so your data may be stored or handled there.

A project you share is seen by the people you share it with.

A reel or post you publish to the Work page is seen by every visitor, with your dealership’s name and, on a post, the details and contact on it. Only what you publish yourself, until you take it off.

Nothing is sold, rented, or passed to anyone for their marketing.

On your device

The site keeps a few things in your browser so it works the way you left it: what is on the composer, the way you last signed in, and whether a pop-up was already shown this visit. Clear your browser’s data for the site and they go.

I count basic events on the site, like which pages are visited and whether a button was used, to make it better. These counts stay with me and the platform the site runs on, Base44.

The site also loads two measuring tools. The Meta Pixel tells Meta, the company behind Facebook and Instagram, that you visited, so I can see whether my ads there work. Meta may link the visit to your Meta account. Google Analytics counts visits and the steps people take, like signing up or buying. A bar at the foot of the screen says so when it happens.

When you sign up, claim your free credits, send a form or pay, my server also tells Meta and Google, so the count is right even when a browser blocks it. Your email and phone are scrambled (hashed) before they go to Meta, and Google never gets them. This happens only when measuring is on in your browser.

Tap Turn off on that bar, or under Cookie settings at the foot of every page, and neither loads again in this browser. If your browser is set to a European time zone or to Canadian French, neither loads until you tap Allow. The site works the same either way.

How long I keep it

Your account, your photos and what you made are kept while your account is open. Recent activity is deleted after a day. Close your account and ask, and the rest is deleted too, except the payment records the law asks me to keep.

Getting it back, or gone

Ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or for it to be deleted. I will do it, and tell you when it is done.

Reaching me

Everything goes through iamjapinder@gmail.com. One person reads it, and that person is me.

20 free credits are waiting.

Make a reel from your own photos. Log in when you save it.
