Vehicles only

StudioOS is made for one thing: videos and photo posts of vehicles, made from your own photos of those vehicles.

• Upload only photos of vehicles: the car, truck or other vehicle you are selling, inside or out.
• Do not upload photos of people, pets, documents, screenshots or anything that is not a vehicle, and do not use StudioOS to make videos of anything else.
• Use only photos you own or have the right to use, of vehicles you sell or have permission to market.
• Do not make anything that misleads about a vehicle, breaks the law, or copies another business’s name or branding.

Anything that breaks these rules can be refused or removed, and its credits do not come back. A serious or repeated break can close the account.

The photos you send

You confirm the photos are yours to use, and that the vehicle is on your lot or yours to sell. I use them only to make what you ask for and to run the service.

Made with AI

StudioOS uses AI to make the scene, the motion and any presenter. The vehicle comes from your photos, and AI is told to keep it as shot, but AI can make mistakes. Check everything before you post it.

Prices, kilometres and the other words on a photo post are set by StudioOS from what you typed, never written by AI. You are responsible for what you post, and for it being accurate.

AI-made content is labeled as AI in StudioOS and on this site. A file you download carries a small iamjapinder logo in the corner. That is not an AI label, so say it is AI-made wherever the law or the platform asks you to.

What you get

What you make is yours to use. Post it anywhere, for as long as you like, including after your plan ends. I may show and reuse work on this site and in my marketing (see Your content, below), but a dealership’s name only appears with its permission: in writing, or by publishing the piece to the Work page itself.

Publishing to the Work page

Publish to Work puts a finished reel, photo post or carousel of yours on the Work page of this site (iamjapinder.com/work), newest first, with your dealership’s name and, on a post, the details and contact you put on it. Nothing goes there unless you tap Publish to Work yourself. Downloading something does not publish it, and publishing does not post it anywhere else.

By publishing, you let iamjapinder show that piece on this site, free of charge and labeled as AI, for as long as it stays published. You still own what you made. You confirm that you may show the vehicle and everything on the piece in public, and that its details, such as the price, are accurate when you publish it.

Take it off any time, in one tap, from the piece in your studio: it leaves the Work page at once. A carousel goes on and comes off as a set. I may take anything off the Work page at any time, without notice, for example when it breaks Vehicles only or looks out of date. The Work page is not a paid placement, and no number of views is promised.

Your content, and how I may use it

By using StudioOS or DealerOS, you let iamjapinder use, reuse and show the reels and posts made for you. That includes this site and iamjapinder’s own marketing, such as social posts, ads and sales material, to promote the work and show it as an example. This is free of charge, and you still own what you made.

Anything made with AI stays labeled as AI when I show it. I do not put your dealership’s name on a piece without your permission, as set out in What you get. You confirm you may give this permission for the photos and vehicles you add.

You can ask me to remove any item. Email iamjapinder@gmail.com with the item, and I will take it down from this site and from my marketing. This is in addition to Publish to Work, which lets you put a piece on the Work page yourself.

The free credits

New accounts get 20 free credits, with no card and nothing to cancel. One set per person and phone number. They are for trying StudioOS and have no cash value.

Plans and billing

Plans are billed monthly, or yearly. A yearly plan is billed once for 12 months, and part of the year is free: 5 weeks on Basic and Starter, and 10 weeks from Pro up. In money, that is 10% and 20% less than 12 monthly payments. Its credits arrive every month. A plan renews on its own until you cancel. Cancel any time: your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, and nothing more is charged.

A bigger plan starts the day you choose it, on a new cycle that renews from that day. Its price is charged that day: monthly, in full; yearly, less what is left of the year you already paid for. Its credits arrive at once, and the plan credits you have not used come with you into the new cycle.

A smaller plan starts at your next renewal, with that renewal’s credits; nothing is charged in between. Moving between monthly and yearly is done by hand: text Japinder.

Prices are in Canadian dollars, and no sales tax is added: iamjapinder is not registered for GST/HST. If that changes, you will be told by email before tax is added to anything you pay. Prices do not change while you stay on the same plan.

Sometimes StudioOS offers you a share off the first month of a bigger plan, worked out from how you use it. It applies to that plan, paid monthly, once; it is never so much that a credit costs less than 85 cents, and the plan's regular price applies from the second month.

Yearly plans and refunds

A yearly plan is paid once, for 12 months, and part of the year is free. Its credits still arrive every month.

If you ask for a refund, I refund what you paid minus each month started, counted at the full monthly price. A month counts as soon as it has started. Once the months used add up to what you paid, there is no refund. Text Japinder to ask.

Example: Pro is $133 a month. Paid yearly, you pay $1,276.80 once: the price of 9.6 months, for 12. Ask in month 1 and you get $1,276.80 − $133 = $1,143.80. Ask in month 2 and you get $1,276.80 − $266 = $1,010.80. The free part of the year is the end of it, so once you have used 9.6 months there is nothing left to refund: from month 10, no refund.

Monthly plans, top-ups and Unlimited passes are not refunded (see Payments are final), and Lifetime has its own refund window.

Lifetime

Lifetime is StudioOS without a subscription: one payment of $99, sold until December 31, 2026. It comes with 100 credits that never end, and everything Basic has (reels up to 10 seconds, every video and photo style, end cards, carousels, top-ups and Unlimited passes), for as long as StudioOS runs. There is no monthly fee.

After the first 100, credits are bought as top-ups, at Basic's top-up rate, and each lasts 90 days like any top-up.

You can have Lifetime refunded within 3 days of buying it, by texting Japinder; the credits it brought are taken back with it. After 3 days it is final. Top-ups bought with Lifetime are never refunded.

If you are on monthly Basic when you buy Lifetime, your plan is set to end when the month you paid for does, so nothing is charged twice; then you are on Lifetime. You can take a plan on top of Lifetime at any time, and when that plan ends, you are back on Lifetime.

Payments are final

Monthly plans, top-ups and Unlimited passes are not refunded, in whole or in part. That includes a subscription you cancel partway through a period, credits you did not use, and a pass you did not start. Top-ups are never refunded.

Lifetime can be refunded within 3 days of buying it (see Lifetime, above), and a yearly plan by the rule in Yearly plans and refunds, above. Beyond those, a refund is given where the law requires one.

You can cancel a plan any time, in two taps, from Account. It runs to the end of the period you paid for, and nothing more is charged.

Credits

A plan’s credits arrive every month, on the same day each month, and a yearly plan’s still arrive a month at a time. Top-ups and Unlimited passes need a plan or Lifetime.

How long a reel can be depends on the plan: up to 10 seconds on the free credits, Basic and Lifetime, up to 20 on Starter, and up to 40 from Pro. 4K is from Pro. An email when something is ready comes with Starter and up.

A plan’s credits do not roll over. They are for the month they arrive in: whatever is left ends at your next renewal, when the new month’s credits arrive. When a plan ends, its credits end with it. Two things carry over: the free credits, into your first plan, and when you upgrade, the plan credits you have not used, into the new plan’s first month.

A top-up lasts 90 days from the day you buy it, through renewals and changes of plan; whatever is left of it ends on its last day. Your plan’s credits are used first, then the top-up that ends soonest.

Credits have no cash value. They cannot be sold, transferred or swapped for money.

A photo is priced in half credits (its list price is 1.5 credits), so a balance can include a half credit.

Until November 30, 2026, every video and photo costs up to 30% less than its list price, a video rounded to the nearest credit and a photo to the nearest half credit. After that the list price applies.

When credits come back

Credits come back only when the system gets it wrong:

• A video or post fails, or never arrives. Its credits come back on their own.
• It does not follow your prompt, or changes the vehicle, because of a fault on my side. Text me the item and I will look at it, and return its credits if the system got it wrong.

Credits do not come back for a result you would simply like to be different, for a mistake in your own prompt, photos or details, or for anything removed under Vehicles only.

Unlimited passes

A pass runs for 3 hours, 1 day, 3 days or 7 days and covers what its card says, within the fair-use number a day written next to its price. It waits in your account until you start it, then runs for its days. Anything a pass does not cover uses credits.

DealerOS

DealerOS is free for the first month. After that you pay the price of your plan: DealerOS Basic, $50 a month; DealerOS Essential, $200 a month; DealerOS Pro, $400 a month.

Cancel any time before the free month ends and you pay nothing. After that, cancel in your account and the plan ends at the end of the month. You can change plan any time, and the change applies next month.

DealerOS credits pay for extras, such as Photo Enhance, a written listing or a drafted reply. Each plan includes some every month. Top-ups are $20 for 100 DealerOS credits. DealerOS credits are separate from StudioOS credits.

When it is ready

A reel I make for you by hand, from photos you send, is sent to you when it is ready. A reel you make yourself in StudioOS shows in Projects as it is made.

Your data, and getting it back

Your inventory, photos and leads are yours. Export them any time you want, and again on the way out: the account closes at the end of the month with no exit fee. This is the Take It With You Guarantee, in writing.

Recent activity is on for every account. When you claim free credits, start a plan, buy an Unlimited pass, or make a reel or a post, the site shows other visitors your first name and what you did, like “Shalom: Just made a reel.”, for a day. Only your first name: never your last name, your email, your dealership, or anything you made. Turn it off any time in your account, under Recent activity, and your lines go at once.

Guarantees

The free credits are unconditional: one set per person and phone number, no card, nothing to cancel.

Reviews and quotes

Every quote on this site is a real person who gave permission to be quoted. Nothing is written on a customer’s behalf, and no review is bought, traded or invented.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details to yourself: you are responsible for what is made in your account. I can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and I will tell you why.

What I do not promise

I will not promise a number of clicks, leads or sales. A reel makes your car look worth stopping for. What happens after that depends on your price, your stock and your follow-up.

StudioOS relies on outside services to make videos. It may be slow or unavailable at times, and a feature or a look can change. I fix what breaks as fast as I can.

As far as the law allows, iamjapinder is not liable for lost sales, profits or other indirect losses, and its total liability to you is limited to what you paid in the three months before the claim.

The law that applies

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.

Changes to these terms

When these terms change, the new version goes up here with its date. A change to what you pay or what you get is sent to you by email first. Using StudioOS or DealerOS after a change means you accept it.
